Meet Chef Tosh...

Natasha Daniels grew up near Cleveland, Ohio, and cultivated a love for ingredient-driven food. Working in farm-to-table restaurants and spending time at the world-renowned Chef's Garden allowed her to carve out a modern style of cooking with best-of-the-season produce and products.

After receiving a degree in Culinary Nutrition Food Product and Development from Johnson & Wales University, she worked in various industry sectors before becoming a Corporate Chef for RATIONAL USA, a manufacturer of Combi-ovens and tilt skillets based in Chicago, IL. Her passion is teaching others about new technology and continuing to learn herself. The drive and curiosity to learn about food, where it comes from, how it's prepared, and how it's served to guests has led her to a rich and varied background in the food service industry. Learning and working with talented Research Chefs, Certified Master Chefs, and Michelin-starred Chefs has honed her skills beyond cooking great food.

Currently, Natasha lives and works in Napa, CA, where she is a current candidate for the inaugural Master of Professional Studies in Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America while working at The French Laundry in Yountville, CA, through a partner scholarship with Dom Perignon.
